[Manifold] Regarding the instructions given for autonomous flight through ROS

I wish to know how to control parameters such as thrust, roll, pitch and yaw of the M100 via the ROS oSDK 3.2V. The instructions provided in the appendix are not clear and also we are finding it difficult to interprit how to use the header file dji_flight.h.
