puede ser las siguientes opciones:

1- antes de ejecutar "roslaunch", debes dar permisos al puerto USB o serial que se este ejecutando, de otra manera no habra conexion serial.

sudo chmod 666 /dev/ttyXXXX

2- asegurate que el onboard ROS se este compilando correctamente, sin ningun error, y que la carpeta Onboard ROS esta dentro de /home/catkin_ws/src/

3- para correr ROS, se deben abrir 2 terminales diferentes, y escribir:

terminal 1:
cd ~/catkin_ws/
source devel/setup.bash
roslaunch dji_sdk sdk_manifold.launch (si es manifold, si no osx)

terminal 2:
cd ~/catkin_ws/
source devel/setup.bash
rosrun dji_sdk_demo dji_sdk_client

4- firmware Drone M100 1.3.1.00, Onboard ROS 3.2
