[Bug] Guidance Framerate

My setup is this: I have Guidance attached to both the Matrice flight controller via the standard connection and to a computer via USB, and I am retrieving images using the Guidance SDK ROS driver.  I have Guidance configured to send only the image data for a single camera.
When the quadcopter is not armed, I receive image data at the advertised 20Hz.  When we fly, the image data rate drops to only 8Hz.  This happens even when the ROS node is the only thing running on the computer, which is an Intel NUC with i5 processor.  How can this be resolved?
